LifeCare is a multi-specialty group that grew out of the solo practice of Dr. Avie Rainwater, the practice’s senior partner. We have been located on the campus of McLeod Regional Medical Center since 1989. We are the only group behavioral health practice in Florence and have the privilege of serving patients from the entire Pee Dee as well as southern North Carolina.
